Mark This Date In History

I can't believe I'm typing these words, but I am actually cheering for the Jayhawks right now.
As much as I was born and raised to hate KU, I was also taught to cheer "for the conference" come tournament time. In most years, that second consideration wouldn't stand a prayer of overcoming the first, but this year, Joe will win his office pool if Kansas can come up with the "W." (And now I've officially jinxed his chances, by the way....I just want you to know that I realize that.)
Anyway, the only reason that I mention any of this is because this is what's keeping me from updating the blog with several pictures from recent weeks -- no TV in the room with the 'puter that has the pics on it, so I'm on my work laptop.

On that note, please take a moment to vote in our poll (to the right -->).

P.S. I know what you're thinking -- this all makes no sense, since the conference isn't even what it used to be, and I didn't attend any of its schools. But who are we kidding? I will always be a Mizzou fan.

EDIT: I guess the jinx was off!

EDIT: Wow, I see our scientific poll regarding the Coke Zero ads has revealed a virtual neck and neck tie between "they're funny," "they're lame," and "don't know what you're talking about." Fascinating results.

I struggled with the same thing...raised to hate the Jayhawks yet know I should cheer on my conference. That's sort of like asking me who I love more, Mom or Dad. I just shouldn't be asked to do that.
