Our friend wrote a book. No, seriously, like a real book. So, if you're looking for a new novel from a new novelist, I'd recommend The Seamstress by Frances de Pontes Peebles, pictured in green, below.
Funny thing - no one in this picture other than Joe currently knows of the existence of this blog. Hee hee!
Frances's book just came out last week, so I admittedly haven't started it yet, but I'm confident it's fantastic. : ) Joe has read and thoroughly enjoyed the first chapter.
