I thought this was a fun idea for getting the preliterate to enjoy a scavenger hunt. (Found it here.) It was great and would've been even better had I had the forethought not to lead us into the woods just before dusk with no bug repellent. Georgia and her Gran were excellent hunters. I was the preferred prey of the mosquitoes.
