How did you know? I've been checking regularly and the silence was making me wonder. As for the work thing, I found Deborah Aaron's What Can You Do With a Law Degree really helpful when I was deciding whether to take the plunge; it has some good exercises for self-assessment. I also worked with an awesome career counselor, but she's in Boston. My mom always tells me "you'll find your way" and I know that you will.
