I have seen some wacky stuff on the road in Missouri, from the "Elvis Is Alive" museum signs, to the custom fit bra shops in the middle of nowhere, to the "Tarps and More" sign near Mexico. (Not Mexico, Mexico. Mexico, MO.) But this takes the cake.
This was the sight about a half mile from my parents house. It's not even in a rural area, but it must be outside the city limits, because for some reason these people have an ever-rotating collection of animals on their property. We always slow to about 5 miles per hour to see what the latest stock is, but THIS? This required turning the car around, getting out, and taking photos. Behold!
What is that? The little guy perched on top is clearly a goat. The big one is -- a yak? a water buffalo?
Um, excuse me, but HOW THE HECK DID HE GET UP THERE?
Re-situating. Chilling out. Totally symbiotic, apparently. I'm speechless.

We now seem like complete hillbillies to the uninformed....
look, you find a goat on a water buffalo, you gotta show it off.
This has totally made my day. It's like a cartoon...Were there people around who may have put the goat up there?
