oops. I finally remembered that I had put them in the oven just shortly before the smoke would've set the fire alarm off.
in other non-blog-worthy news, I started reading Twilight in honor of the movie New Moon coming out and several people I know and/or am related to being obsessed with it. It's 17 billion pages but people tell me it's a fast read.
I don't read fast.

I’ve read the first 3, but it’s taken me since May!! I like them, but am not crazy about them like most other people seem to be. I can take a break in between books and don’t rush through them. Twenty minutes on the subway each day is about all I give it. I can put them down when I get home. I haven’t seen any of the movies…would like to rent Twilight this weekend and maybe go see New Moon over Thanksgiving.
Ha... I've had a few batches of cookies turn out that way also. Unlike you probably did, I actually still tried to eat them. Not good. Not good at all.
