Irony

We did not have a single family picture available to send with Georgia on her first day of preschool.  Too bad no one around here ever takes any photos.  Oops - I mean prints any photos.

(The kids were supposed to bring one to tape over their coat hooks as a comforting reminder of home.  I guess this explains everything.)

Beth, I'm sure you're digging for your car keys as you're reading this, about to head over to my house for a printing and framing intervention.

I know...the thought of printing photos these days seems like such an unnecessary hassle! Eventually, her school will probably have little monitors over their coat hooks so that their digital photos can be displayed there - ha!

But that is such a sweet idea for those little ones! I hope you get to printing soon - you have some great family pics to send w/ her!

I'm bad about that too. Mia's "school" asked for similar photos of family and I kept forgetting you have to actually print them. What, you can't just e-mail them and have them broadcasted by some sort of projection screen?
I prefer the quality from the mail-order companies but rarely think ahead enough, or go a little too crazy during the few times I do order stuff from them.

Admit it. Part of you is wanting me to drive over for a printing and framing intervention.....
