There is a logical explanation for this, but it involves a bunch of excuses, some environmental guilt, and a dash of laziness.

Funny, Dom just burned ours last weekend. He'll take any excuse to play with fire. Yours is still green - must be the preservation of the cold Chicago weather :)

Ours is also in our backyard. It typically gets cut apart in April when my husband remembers it is back there.
And THIS is why living in a large building in NYC isn't so bad. We put it in the basement and the Super has to deal with it!!
