(Much to the annoyance of certain family members, I am overwhelmed by the proposition of posting birthdaypalooza pictures, so I am ignoring that task for now.)
On Saturday afternoon we ended up spontaneously bobbing for apples at Georgia's request.
On Sunday afternoon we ended up trying tightrope walking on our way home from the farmer's market.
I wonder what's next?
{The indoor warm-up round.}
{Moments before Joe decided that water displacement would be his best strategy.}
and then Sunday...
{I mean, really, it would've been rude to say "no" when these poor, kind, shirtless men offered us the chance, don't you think?}

Good to try bobbing for apples "in the safety of your own home!" Let me know if you ever see it in a fair/party type environment again. We tried to do it at the neighborhood Halloween party but have been blocked by people stating "UNSANITARY concerns!" So evidently we would all get ecoli from public bobbing for apples now.....
LOL bobbing for apples is dangerous. Don't forget SOMEONE COULD DROWN!
Okay, I am laughing but have to say, Beth, that our home-based bobbing was probably more unsanitary than anything you could find at a fair! Stripping down naked and diving for the apples and then eating them while still in the water presents the highest risk of e.coli (and drowning!).
