I like this. It can apply to judgment or grudges or worries or lots of other metaphorical things, but also in a more literal sense to belongings that one is purging from one's home in preparation for moving.
I have it in my head that I'm going to paint this and a few other choice quotes to adorn the walls of our new house.
"Wow, I didn't know you painted!"
